Futuristic Ball Chair – with a built-in sound system
The futuristic fibreglass Ball Chair was designed by Eero Aarnio nearly 50 years ago – but not with a built-in sound system.
It’s got one now though – well the ones from the DDR website do anyway. Probably not an officially licensed version, but certainly the same shape and size – and as such, you’ll need a front door at least 96cm wide to get it in the house. Once you do, plug in your audio system of choice for music through the built-in 200 watt road masters speakers, taking personal audio to a whole new level.
The whole thing has been manufactured in the US by QCF Furniture and retails for 3,400 Euros.
