Modu – the tiny phone with interchangeable jackets
What’s that small mobile-shaped gadget to your left? It’s the Modu and as the image indicates, it’s smaller than a credit card.
That’s not the only selling point – the phone can be slipped into a variety of branded ‘jacket’ enclosures, shifting the size from that of a nano to a typical mobile phone. But what’s a jacket? Well, that’s not entirely clear, although the company is working with the Universal Music Group on jackets that will feature its artists, providing access to preloaded content or music subscriptions.
The Modu is set to launch on 1st October with Telecom Italia, OAA Vimpel in Russia, and Cellcom Israel. No news of other launches as yet.

this cannot be a great success because people also look for features and not just body
