<img style=”margin:5px; float: left;alt=”panasonic-32GB.jpg” src=”https://www.techdigest.tv/panasonic-32GB.jpg” width=”139″ height=”183″ />The ‘world’s first’ 32GB SDHC memory card has been given a launch date of April, with more details confirmed.
Panasonic claims it’ll have the fastest SDHC speed classification of 6, can store 12 hours of HD video at 1440 x 1080i, four hours of 1902 x 1080i and 12,320 10-megapixel photos.
SanDisk is also launching a 32GB SDHC card in April, however it’s got a read/write rate of just 15MB/s, whereas Panasonic’s promising theirs will be up to 20MB/s.
Not quite adhering to Moore’s law, it’s a pricey one indeed, at $699 (about £350), as opposed to SanDisk’s $350 price-tag.
