Casio launches motorsports-inspired high performance watch
Casio has announced its latest high performance watch, the WVQ-570E-1AVER (no prizes for memorable product naming), inspired by motorsports and in support of the Casio sponsored British Touring Car Championship SEAT team.
It boasts range of advanced functions including automatic adjustment of time for daylight saving and European time zones, based upon Wave Ceptor radio-controlled technology.
It features a speed indicator, letting you know how far you’ve travelled and at what average speed, is water resistant up to 100 metres, and has a 1/100th digital and 1/20th analogue chronograph.
The case and back is fully constructed from stainless steel, features black and yellow colouring, plus carbon fibre pattern styling on the face.
Available now. The price isn’t yet known, though other watches in this range retail for around £120-£140.
