Electrolux introduces the 'world's most intelligent oven' – the Inspiro
Share
The oven are changing – no longer just a hot box, Electrolux is making it intelligent with the Inspiro.
It brings the principles of the microwave to the conventional oven, replacing the thermostat with sensors that calculate the amount of energy needed to cook your food perfectly.
So to cook a lamb joint, select the ‘meat’ category, your taste (rare, medium, well done), then sit back and read the paper. The oven calculates the heat and cooking method required, allowing you to concentrate on your vegetables.
It’s available from August 2008, with a price of £1,000 expected.
