Sharp introduces PC-CW60X and PC-CW50X notebooks
I can’t make my mind up if the newly-launched Sharp PC-CW60X and PC-CW50X notebooks look like fat MacBooks or oversized EEe PCs. Probably both.
Which doesn’t give it the edge in terms of looks. Unfortunate really, as the specification isn’t much to write home about either. Powered by an AMD Sempron 3600+ CPU, the only difference is the PC-CW60X packing in a 1Seg TV tuner. Apart from that, both have a 14.1-inch LCD screen with WXGA resolution, 2GB of RAM, 120GB of SATA HDD, a DVD±DL burner and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Japanese market only right now, price to be confirmed.
