VooZoo brings Paramount movie clips to Facebook
Share
Paramount has become the first movie studio to offer up an extensive collection of clips from its movies on Facebook.
Using the VooZoo service, Facebook users can send “Voohoo” messages to their friends, containing video snippets from famous films, ranging in length from a few seconds to entire scenes.
Of course, Paramount hopes that sharing these clips will bring more visitors to its DVD store, and may use the technology to virally market new film releases.

What do you mean you “came up with VooZoo in 2001”?
Greetings!
Just to let everyone know that I came up with VooZoo in 2001, and that I am surprised to learn about Paramount’s latest move. I am investigating copyright infringement issues.
Anyone with some advice, please feel free to contact me.
I’ve got this app and it’s pretty cool. Not a lot of clips but Zoolander and School of Rock are pretty much all I need to make my friends (and myself) laugh. Now where are the Indiana Jones clips?
I’ve got the Voozoo app and it’s pretty neat. You can send clips to people or just post them on your FB profile. Not a lot of movies yet, but Zoolander and School of Rock are pretty much all I need to make my friends (and myself) laugh. I keep checking for Indiana Jones clips, but I bet they’re waiting until the fourth movie gets closer.
