Sharp and Willcom introduce D4 UMPC

Sharp and Willcom still have faith in the UMPC format, unveiling the D4 in Japan.

Weighing just 470g and sized at 84 x 188 x 25.9mm, it features 1GB of RAM, 40GB of storage, a Centrino Atom Z520 processor, 5-inch touch screen LCD with LED Backlight, a full keyboard, Wi-fi B/G and Bluetooth 2.0, a 2MP camera and the Windows Vista Home Premium operating system.

No news of a worldwide release as yet. We’ll obviously keep you posted.
