Vodafone introduces new pricing structure for mobile broadband in the UK

vodafone_logo.jpgThis week sees a new pricing structure from Vodafone for its UK mobile broadband service, with prices starting at £15 per month.

That price is for the 3GB service, with the short-term Mobile Broadband 30 Day (3GB) service available for £20 a month and Mobile Broadband 5GB for £25 a month.

There is also a new business roaming tariff, with a 200MB per month bundle across Europe for £60 added to the existing Mobile Broadband Business, (£8.50 for 24-hour sessions is selected countries) and Mobile Broadband Travel, (£95 for 200MB per month) for worldwide users.

  • What it does not say is that if you change your price plan to the new one they add an extra 6 months to your contract!!! Notice that was not mentioned in the press release.
