Amazon MP3 Clips Widget – a little music on your blog, a little money on the side

Just in case you have any blog space left, Amazon has brought out another widget into their armory mini money-making schemes.

The MP3 Clips widget allows you to host – surprise, surprise – a handful of MP3 clips which your visitors can listen to, DRM-free, and then click through to purchase at the Amazon music store.

You get to choose which of the 5 million catalogued tracks appear and, if you’re signed up to the Amazon affiliate scheme, you can get up to 10% of the sale value. Not bad.

The MP3 Clips widget joins the literature and video widgets also available from the online retail mammoth.
