Laptops get stylish with the Samsung OLED concept
Share
Samsung’s OLED TVs are on their way in 2009, but OLED laptops are coming too – looking not unlike this super-thin Samsung AMOLED concept.
Seriously thin, it packs a 12.1-inch screen with 1,280 x 768 resolution and a keyboard that’s worth the admission alone.
It’s been seen in Korea and might actually go into production later this year. The word ‘might’ should be emphasised though.

I hope that keyboard offers some form of haptic response. It would also win me over being backlit too.
So are manufacturers planing to bypass ‘vanilla LEDs’ at this point then? They’ve only just started to use those this year.
