Daewoo joins budget laptop market with Lukid – but only in Korea

Daewoo is the latest tech company to try its luck with a budget laptop – although the Lukid might not make it out of Korea.
It’s actually been created as a low-cost computer for the education sector in Korea, with those retro-styled looks hiding an Intel 900MHz Celeron processor, Windows XP OS, a 9-inch LCD display, 512MB of RAM, 30GB HDD, Wi-Fo, SD card slot and USB connectivity.
All that for the equivalent of £268.
