Price of unsubsidised iPhone 3G in Italy to be a low 499€, or £394

iphone-italy-flag.jpgUp until now, we’ve had no clue as to how much an unsubsidised iPhone 3G will set back the countries lucky enough to buy an iPhone out-of-contract.

Vodafone Italy has confirmed that the price for the 8GB iPhone will be 499€, and the 16GB model will be 569€, converting to roughly £394 and £450. Considering the phone has 3G data speeds, I’d say that’s a very nice price, especially in comparison to the HTC Touch Diamond, which has been priced at £500.
