Sony Ericsson F305 Motion Gaming phone gets an official launch
Another leaked handset gets an official launch from Sony Ericsson – the F305 Motion Gaming phone.
Sony is targeting the phone at a ‘youth audience’, hoping a mix of gaming and calling will clock up the sales. Motion Gaming lets users control games with the flick of a wrist or the swing of an arm via advanced motion sensor technology – imitating bowling or casting a fishing line for example. Sound familiar?
Also part of the package in this slider phone are three pre-loaded games (Bowling, Bass Fishing and Jockey plus the option to download 50 more), stereo speakers, a 2-inch screen, horizontal game play and dedicated gaming keys, a 2MP camera and a Memory Stick Micro slot.
The F305 will be available in Polar White and Mystic Black from Q3 2008.
