Maplin introduces 320GB media player

Not the best-looking piece of kit you’ll ever see, but the Maplin 320GB player should be of practical use if you happen to need some storage for your digital files.
It’s a hard drive with a few extra whistles and bells – meaning you can download your files to it, then playback on a TV. Features include the ability to playback ripped DVDs, support for MP3, WAV, JPEG, DVD-Video, and DivX formats, composite, component, SCART and digital audio outputs and a remote control.
Available now, it retails for £99.99.
