Pioneer getting in on the Blu-ray burner scene – launching home recorders this year
The TV specialist has been getting rather innovative recently, what with all its new LCD TVs, fancy discs and that pile of Blu-ray players it’s bringing our way – now Pioneer’s planning to launch home Blu-ray recorders as well.
Pioneer’s teaming up with Sharp to develop the devices, which already makes Blu-ray recorders of its own – and owns a chunk of Pioneer. It’s all a bit confusing, so just remember this one fact – Pioneer, Blu-ray, recorders, probably out early next year in the UK.
They’ll be out in Japan before the end of this year, though, should you have the stomach and financial resources necessary to replace one piece of perfectly-functional technology you already own with another one that does largely the same thing. Only on bluer discs.

This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free. Thanks.
