PsyStar finally sees Apple lawsuit

PsyStar, the Californian company selling Mac clones and OpenServe software — effectively rip-offs of Apple’s own products — has finally been sued by Apple.
Previous legal threats only temporarily disrupted PsyStar, but now Apple has filed a lawsuit citing copyright, trademark and shrink-wrap license infringement.
Whether Apple is successful remains to be seen, but you’d presume that the mighty fruit would trample PsyStar underfoot.
