Nokia N85 gets FCC approval, spotted in the wild

Despite the fact that Nokia hasn’t officially announced the N85, which we first spoke of back in June, it has now reportedly gained FCC approval, meaning it’s fit to be used in the US.
Some pictures have also been published online, though I’m a little concerned by the fact that they seem to be branded the “N00”. Is that “NOO Nokia N85 to be seen here”, perhaps?
Anyway, if it is the genuine article, the phone looks much better in photos than it did in those horrible black and white patent drawings.
The N85 should have similar functionality to the N95.
