DSi XL hits UK stores in March
The new, larger-screened Nintendo DSi XL handheld will be hitting shops on March 5th.
The dual screens are now a massive 4.2 inches big, 93% larger than those found on the DS Lite.
This new DS will also come with Dr Kawashima’s: Little Bit of Brain Training: Arts Edition and Dictionary 6 in 1 pre-loaded, as well as the new Nintendo DSi Browser, which enables you to access the internet via a Wi-Fi connection.
Are bigger screens enough to get you in the queue down at your local games store? It’s only about a year since the first DSi was launched, so Nintendo aren’t exactly instilling confidence in me over the shelf life of this new-look model.
Still, if you haven’t got in on the DS action thus far, the Dsi XL seems a pretty good place to start.
Nintendo are keeping tight lipped on prices right now, but expect this to retail at around £130.
