Share
Vodafone are readying their own-branded Android handset, the Vodafone 845. Set for release in May, it joins the HTC Legend, HTC Desire, Sony Ericsson X10 and Google’s Nexus One in Voadfone’s Android catalogue.
Running Android 2.1, otherwise known as Eclair, the 845 features a 3.2 MP camera, a 2.8 inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G/HSDPA connectivity and 500MB of memory out of the box.
The handset will also come with Vodafone’s bespoke 360 software, giving access to their Vodafone Music and MyWeb applications.
No word on pricing yet, but expect more details in the run up to that May release.
