Olympus PEN EP-2 micro four thirds camera gets silver makeover
Share
Olympus’s popular PEN EP-2 micro four thirds camera is about to get a bit of a retro makeover. Olympus are to release a metallic silver version of the camera, brining the design into line with its predecessor, the Olympus PEN EP-1.
Other than a fresh lick of paint however, the functionality of the camera remains the same. 720P video capture is featured, as is an auto-focus tracking function. There’s also a port for attaching multiple accessories including flash units, viewfinders and microphones.
Hitting the shops from mid-May, the new-look PEN EP-2 will come bundled with an M.Zuiko Digitial ED 14-42mm 1:3.5-5.6 lens, with the package weighing in at around the £800 mark.

I absolutely love that old-fashioned look of the camera. Though it may be a bit heavy I would love to have it.
I remember an old camera I had. It was Olympus too but looked very much like the cheap common cameras. That is something very different.
