Facebook-branded HTC phones for MWC 2011 reveal
Facebook and HTC are to enter into a mobile hardware partnership according to City AM. Bearing the Facebook “branding and colours”, the HTC smartphones will be optimised for use with the world’s largest social network.
While it’s a very-possible partnership, the validity of the claim is undermined somewhat by the mistakes littered throughout the article. Since when have the Taiwan-based HTC been a “Korean manufacturer”? And the claim that the Google Nexus handsets were all HTC’s doing isn’t quite right either.
Still, it wont be much of a stretch for HTC to push Facebook to the fore of their handsets; their Sense UI already makes heavy use of Facebook to push messages and status updates to HTC phone homescreens, as well as syncing the social network with contact books.
One way or the other, we’ll know for certain come MWC 2011 in Barcelona next month, where Tech Digest will be reporting live.

Thanks for your good website and for sharing your experiences.
This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also know how to make people rally behind it, obviously from the responses.
