The geekiest of them all: Now you can watch 3D films with a Transformers 3D mask
Share
Let’s face it, you were never going to look cool with those silly 3D glasses they give you at the cinema. So you might as well take the power back and geek out in style – yes, by wearing a Transformers 3D mask.
Brought to us by Hasbro and Real-D, the masks have 3D lenses installed, reassuringly devoid of mouthpiece as not to get in the way of popcorn-munching. Available in Optimus Prime and Bumblebee designs, the masks mark the release of the upcoming film “Transformers: Dark of the Moon”. The masks can be used to watch other 3D films too, so they are even practical.
The masks will become available this May, priced at $9.99, but it is not yet certain whether they will become available in the UK. We can only hope.
