Batman Arkham City Armored Edition Wii U case sleeve revealed
Rocksteady’s latest edition of Arkham City for the soon to be released Wii U sees a range of upgrades in Batman’s armory and and outfit. One upgrade of particular interest is Batman’s glowing gauntlets which store charged kinetic energy for added force, giving the big black bat a new trick up his cape when inevitable fisty cuffs ensue.
Batman’s co-star Catwoman hasn’t been forgotten either, with her claws also receiving a lightening upgrade.
However Catwoman’s new outfit sees Selina Kyle donning a more restrained attire compared to her busty outfit (seen below) in the original versions of Arkham City on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Perhaps this is due to Nintendo’s more family friendly marketing conventions? Especially since this is likely to be a launch title or an early release on the Wii U.
