Samsung confirm Galaxy S3 Mini 8 November UK release
Samsung have confirmed that their Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini handset will hit UK stores on 8 November, as previously stated by Expansys.
Expansys is listing the 8GB Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini for £314.99, but you can find it for £300 SIM-free if you look about. The 16GB version is listed, but does not yet have pricing. The 8GB handset is also expected to be free on contracts starting at £25 per month.
Those expecting a premium handset similar to the Galaxy S3 Mini’s namesake, the show-stopping Galaxy S3, will likely be disappointed. The S3 Mini has just a 1GHz dual-core processor rather than a quad-core one, and a smaller 4-inch Super AMOLED display. It does however come running the latest version of Android, Jelly Bean, which the standard Galaxy S3 does not yet.
