Batman: Arkham Knight delayed until next year

For once we can’t tune into the new Batman game at that same Bat-time – Rocksteady has announced that the forthcoming Arkham Knight has been delayed into next year.
Whilst no reasons appear to have been giving for the delay, it would probably be fair to speculate that it could be linked to needing time to polish some of the new mechanics – such as driving the Batmobile. Expectations amongst fans are at an all time high after Rocksteady took back development of the series after last year’s lacklustre Batman: Arkham Origins, which was developed by a different studio.
Guess we’ll have to make do with Lego Batman 3 instead.
