Well, fret no longer.

The BBC reports that England’s national parks are to get improved mobile phone coverage after an agreement with the four main UK network operators.

The deal has been reached between National Parks England the Mobile Operators Association, which represents EE, O2, Three and Vodafone.

The report says that The aim of the deal is to help communities living in national parks to benefit from consistent high quality mobile connectivity, while minimising any adverse environmental impacts.

The mobile operators will be encouraged to share masts where possible, and come up with alternative designs and proposals to enable networks to be deployed in an manner that “protects the rich wildlife and cultural heritage” of the parks.
