We’ve spent the last couple of weeks watching videos of famous people dunking a bucket of ice water over themselves for charity – but what actually happens to their bodies when they do it?
Paolo Viscardi is a curator at the Horniman Museum in London, and was responsible for the “Extremes” exhibition. He’s posted this video to YouTube explaining what happens – before taking part in the challenge himself. Brilliant.
