Amazon Fire TV comes to the UK
Amazon’s FireTV set-top-box is finally making its way to the UK, six months after its debut in the States.
Essentially a rival to Google’s Chomecast and Apple TV, Amazon’s packed a lot of punch into the box. The FireTV supports a tonne of different streaming services – including Amazon’s own Instant Video, Netflix and even apps from the likes of Sky News. There’s also a big gaming focus – with an Xbox style controller available for playing Android games available separately for £34.99.
As a special offer, if Amazon Prime customers pre-order before Monday, they can pick up the new box for only £49 – down from the usual £79 too.
The FireTV is due for release over here on October 23rd.

Thank God there’s a way to watch US Netflix on Amazon Fire TV in UK. The instructions mentioned here worked like a charm https://www.unblocknetflix.co.uk/netflix/watch-american-netflix-chromecast-uk-vpn-dns-proxy/
