Meet the world’s most expensive iPhone 6

Do you think £620 is too much to pay for the new iPhone 6? Well then, how about £1.7 million?
Apple commissioned luxury designer Alexander Amosu, who previously created a diamond-clad iPhone 2, to make a “blinged-up” version of the company’s new-release handset from solid 18 carat gold.
So, £1.7m ($2.7m) … that’s about what it would cost you to buy three hybrid supercars: the LaFerrari, Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1. Or, you know, a decent house on a nice lake somewhere.
The jewellery-encrusted iPhone features more than 6,127 diamonds and has been covered in solid 18-carat gold.
Named the Amosu Call of Diamond iPhone 6, it features the Apple logo on the back cut from 51.29 carat gold.
Just think of the insurance premiums for the thing…
