Artist creates ultimate self-defence jacket for the paranoid

If you’re worried about being attacked in the street, then hope to hell that this creation from Japanese artist Shinseungback Kimyonghun gets picked up for manufacture by someone (I bet Samsung would do it).
The premise is pretty simple – the jacket is covered with cameras and should you be attacked all you have to do is hit the panic button and it’ll take photos from every embedded lens, construct a 360-degree view and upload it to the web, so that even if you get murdered to death, at least your attacker will be more easily identified.
The same artist has paired up a human-face recognition algorithm with one designed for cats too, for some reason.
