Tim Cook has been speaking to the Wall Street Journal, and has apparently at long last commented on the forthcoming Apple Watch’s battery life.

Here’s how the WSJ quote him:

This will come as disappointing news to some users – rival smartwatches consume less power and need charging less frequency. The Pebble, for instance, takes about 2 hours to charge and will last for around 5 days.

Who would have thought 20 years ago that one day you would have to charge up your watch and your reading book on a regular basis?
