Netflix adds social features and smartwatch features to Android

Netflix has made a couple of cool additions to its Android app – including the ability to add greater control to your playback from the notifications screen, or even your Android Wear watch.
In a blog post, the company said that is has also added social recommendation functionality – with the ability for users to thank their friends for their recommendations.
Perhaps most exciting of all though is support for Android Wear smartwatches – which offers not just richer information on your wrist, but the ability to control playback at the touch of a button. Here’s hoping the Apple Watch gets similar treatment when it comes out too.
