Good news for any MEN who like to BOOKMARK ITEMS OF INTEREST. Is Pinterest too girly for you? Then don’t worry, the company has today announced that it will be providing more arbitrary gendering of products in its search results.
This means that if your profile has you listed as male you’ll start seeing less dresses, cakes and things that women and lesser men like, and more HAMMERS, CIGARS and BOXING GLOVES (though a REAL MAN would surely just use his bare fists).
And if you’re depressed at how websites are now assigning gender roles, rather than just accepting that people should be able to like things based on what they are interested in rather than on what society tells them to, then you need to MAN UP. You shouldn’t be thinking about WOMEN’S ISSUES – let alone having FEELINGS about them – unless you’re not really a PROPER MAN.
