Sky Go finally launches on PS3

Sky’s on demand TV service has finally launched on PS3 – two months after the PS4.

Sky’s app is available for download on the Playstation Store now, and will let subscribers to Sky Go Extra (which is a fiver a month on top of your normal subscription) access TV content live and on-demand.

In a made-up quote for the press release, Luke Bradley-Jones, Sky’s Brand Director of TV Products, commented: “It’s great news that millions of PlayStation 3 owners can now also watch the latest Sky TV content straight from their consoles. From our new drama Fortitude to Super Bowl XLIX and Disney’s Sofia the First – there’s something for everyone to enjoy on Sky this Spring.”

Sky Go is now available on around 70 devices – including Xbox 360 too, but no Xbox One as of yet.
