How to get a One Plus One phone without an invite

The OnePlus One is one of the most sought after smartphones out there. Packing power comparable to top of the range handsets, the phone is usually sold for much cheaper – for example, the 16GB model retails at just £229.
However, there’s one problem: Getting hold of one.
Until now OnePlus has used a maddening “invite” system to limit the number of people who can buy the phone, but today the firm has announced that on Tuesdays (US time) you’ll now be able to pick the phone up from the official website invite free – in either 16GB white or 64GB sandstone black.
