Windows 10 for Phones preview coming this month?

It looks like early adopters could be playing with Windows 10 for Phones as early as this month – as Microsoft has been hinting at a preview release.
The news comes via IB Times, which reports this rumour on the basis of Microsoft denying a more specific rumour, suggesting the preview would land today.
In a separate Windows Phone rumour, Windows Central is today reporting that we can expect bigger vertical live tiles in the new OS.
