Star Wars Battlefront confirmed for PS4, Xbox One and PC for later this year

Exciting news for gamers – long after we saw the above trailer at E3 last year, EA has now confirmed that Star Wars Battlefront will be hitting PS4, Xbox One and PC this Christmas.

@KyleHackley Star Wars Battlefront will be available holiday 2015, on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

The shooter is set to be the latest iteration of the widely acclaimed Battlefront series, and will be timed nicely to coincide with the new Star Wars film, which is also due around Christmas.
