Phil Spencer says basically nothing, and it still gets reported

Its time for another instalment of “Tech executives say meaningless words that get reported anyway“!
This week’s contestant is Xbox executive Phil Spencer, who tweeted the following about this year’s E3 plans:
@Masih3KA We should have new exclusive IP at E3. I'm trying to make this E3 more about 1st party than past E3s.
— Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) April 19, 2015
In other words, Microsoft will be announcing some first party games at E3. Hold the frontpage!
According to IGN, Spencer later added “This is going to be a fun year,” and said that “I think it might be our best 1st party content year ever.”
And if you can’t trust the no-doubt objective appraisal of the man who is paid to shill for Microsoft on this stuff, who can you trust?

Sales of Xbox One may look dismal as of the moment but with the Xbox plan this coming GamesCom on revealing their upcoming exclusive games and the backward compatibility. I know that Xbox One will catch up with PS4 in terms of sale.
