Carphone Warehouse announces 4G network, iD
Carphone Warehouse is set to launch a new 4G network tomorrow (Tuesday 12th May) called iD. It claims to offer the best value 4G plans on the market with roaming covering 22 countries.
Commenting on the launch, Graham Stapleton, UK CEO at Carphone Warehouse, said: “iD gives increased flexibility and value to customers who are getting increasingly frustrated with the ‘one size fits all’ approach. Launching with a range of plans – including 12 and 24 month contracts alongside 30 day options – means we can offer solutions based on how customers actually use their mobile phone.”
In addition to the new 4G plans, Carphone Warehouse has also announced a deal with the Samsung A3 – a 12 month 4G plan with 300 mins, 5000 texts and 1GB of data for £19.50. Another deal is for the Nokia 635 – a 24 month 4G plan with 150 mins, 5000 texts and 250MB of data for £7.50
