B&W to introduce new P7 Wireless headphones in September
British loudspeaker company Bowers & Wilkins has announced the P7 Wireless headphones.
Available from this September for £319.99, the P7 Wireless builds on the dual success of the original P7 and the award-winning P5 Wireless. Thanks to the acoustic advances made with the original P7 drive units, sound performance is, claims the manufacturer, even better than before. Bass is tighter and vocals are more defined.
Thanks to aptX® Bluetooth® connectivity, the P7s can be paired with any of the most popular Bluetooth-enabled devices on the market including phones, tablets and computers. Ultra-soft memory foam cushioning creates a comfortable and high-quality listening experience.
Playback is managed via intuitive onboard controls, and a rechargeable battery offers a healthy 17-hours of wireless playback, and can be easily charged via USB. There’s even a cable in the box for times when wireless won’t cut it.
Crafted rom the best materials, including aluminium and sheep leather, the headphones are foldable, making them easy to travel with. The luxurious design even extends to a carry case that keeps your P7 Wireless safe when not in use.
Worn over the ear, with the added comfort and noise blocking of memory foam cushions, the P7 follows in the footsteps of the on-ear P5 Wireless.
Also coming soon are the new P3 Series 2, an update on the classic P3 headphones. What’s more, the existing headphone range, including P5 Series 2 and C5 Series 2, will also now be available at a lower cost. Headphone pricing from September 2016:
