Video Gaming Market hits Doncaster and and London
Into retro games and gaming memorabilia? This month sees the return of the Video Game Market in Doncaster, followed by the London Gaming Market in Russell Square, London in April.
Returning for its fourth year, the Video Game Market is the UK’s largest market-style event, presenting visitors with over 180 tables heaving with collectibles, retro-gaming and much more besides, from more than 70 independent retailers.
Taking place on February 25th at the Doncaster Dome Leisure Centre, the event is expecting over 3000 enthusiasts. Entry is capped at just £2 with under 16’s free!
Meanwhile, London gamers have their own event to flock to, with the London Gaming Market returning for its third year on April 2nd at the Royal National Hotel, Russell Square. Set for its biggest show yet, over 2000 visitors are expect to descend on the nation’s capital. Entry is also just £2 with Under 16’s free.
Says Andy Brown, Director for organisers Replay Events. “Our gaming markets continue to prove enormously popular with gamers of all ages and we’re delighted to be returning for our third and fourth year with these two key events.”
He continues: “Gaming and collecting is a great way to socialise, and our shows have an infectious community feel that simply can’t be replicated in any other environment. Unlike buying online, the Gaming Markets offer the idea opportunity to get hands on with the rare, weird and wonderful and we’re expecting record attendance figures as news spreads amongst the passionate collecting community.”

Games in ‘80s and ’90s are nostalgic where the controls were much simpler. It would be nice when the event is provided with earlier access to the event where the gamers can get the chance of their preferable one. Hope it is a great delectation of gamers.
The London Gaming Market which is bound to return again for the third time is very well going to be the biggest event organized yet, which is going to accumulate a large number of gamers.
Being an ardent fan of retro gaming, I am very much excited to attend both the Video Game Market and the London Gaming Market which are bound to be filled with dazzling features.
