#YouTube Rewind 2017: Ed Sheeran tops video and music lists
Everyone loves a list – especially Ed Sheeran I would’ve thought, given his massive success in recent years. As 2017 draws to a close, the scruffy ginger singer is revealed once again as number one for both the video and music categories according to the latest lists compiled by #YouTubeRewind.
Globally, Luis Fonsi’s Despacito is the most viewed music video of all time. Until We Will Become Dust – Oyster Masked, a performance on a celebrity singing show in Thailand, grabs the number one spot for the global video list.
Collectively, this year’s Rewind videos have amassed over 630 million views with a combined 40 million hours of watch time. You can see the UK and global #YouTubeRewind lists below.
