NUU Mobile announces G2, sub-£200 Dual SIM smart phone

Budget smartphone manufacturer NUU Mobile has announced that its latest unlocked Dual SIM phone, the NUU G2, will be available for just £179 from October 26th.

The G2 was built with the screen in mind, offering Full High Definition Plus edge–to–edge 5.99 inch display to provide a cinematic experience, all in the palm of a hand. 

To ensure videos and images are bright and dynamic, the G2 offers advanced contrast enhancement ability for great visuals in any light condition. NUU Mobile claims the immersive 18:9 ratio screen means the G2 is ideal for reading, watching or browsing.  

Also on board is a dual camera with a 20MP rear main camera that uses image stabilising technology for crisp, steady photos and a secondary 2MP rear camera supporting the main camera. There’s also a 13MP selfie lens works with smart filters. 

Onboard is 64GB of built-in memory and a 4,000 mAh battery complete with battery optimisation technology and fast charging. In addition, the phone supports microSD up to 128 GB for extra capacity.  

The G2 comes out of the box with Android 8.0 Oreo and runs a MTK6750 Octa-Core processor that provides better power efficiency as well as supporting 4K video. The G2 also offers Bluetooth 4.0 and Dual SIM – ideal for those travelling or business users who just want to combine two phones into one.
