CES 2008: Energizer launches Energi To Go portable iPod charger
Batteries aren’t sexy. Well, unless you’re some kind of filthy AAA electrode fetishist. But Energizer doesn’t just make batteries. It also makes products that use batteries to do other stuff. That’s a bit sexier. Witness the Energi To Go Portable Power for iPod, which was announced yesterday at CES.
CES 2008: Is CES leaving Vegas? Is the next stop Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania?
It is bit like the ravens leaving the tower or Ant going solo without Dec, but there are whispers at CES that the show may soon be leaving Las Vegas.

The NV-U73T and NV-U83T measure in at 4.3” and 4.8” respectively; however each is now just 0.75 inches thick, which is a pretty sensible acknowledgement of the fact that if you actually want to keep your sat nav in your possession for longer than twenty minutes, you’re going to have to carry it with you when you park your car.

Hurrah for Bill Gates, who capped an entertaining CES keynote by jamming on Guitar Hero with Slash. Shiny Kat and Gemma were there to capture the historic moment as it happened…
