I haven’t been blown away by many things so far at CES this year, but Jook is one of the most intriguing startups at the show. The company’s technology currently takes the form of a gadget that clips onto your iPod (or iPhone, or Zune, or whatever), and lets you broadcast what you’re listening to to people within 30 feet or listen in to their devices.

CES 2008: iLuv shows i399 iPod boombox and i1255 DVD / iPod Video player
iLuv was in the house at tonight’s pre-CES Digital Experience event, and had a couple of new products on show. The i399 is the company’s new iPod speaker dock, with a fat sound and a built-in woofer, and also iLuv’s patented Blue Pin technology.

Sony has now launched its second personal communicator, the Mylo 2. It has a full QWERTY keypad, a 1.3 megapixel camera and Adobe Flash support to allow you to upload and download YouTube content.
