Scrabulous returns as Wordscraper (allegedly): it looks awful!

eBay reaches settlement over Buy It Now lawsuit

eBay has just forked out some of its own hard-earned cash, buying three patents due to their ongoing lawsuit with MercExchange over the Buy It Now service.

Think Secret got enough of its rumours right to make it fairly obvious that it was getting inside information, and of course that angered Apple.
